I placed an order... Now what?
If your order doesn't include anything 'made to order', then it should ship out within a few days. Orders with 'made to order' items will take a couple weeks to ship out, but you'll receive a notification when it's in the mail.
How is my Canadian order shipped?
Orders that can fit in a small flat box (enamel pins, stickers, masks, jewellery, tshirt stockings, etc) will ship by default with an untracked, uninsured, large letter stamp unless you choose to upgrade it. Anything over 100g in weight or 2cm high packaged (fleece stockings, clothing, chunky art) gets shipped with tracking and insurance.
How is my US/International order shipped?
That depends on what you select! Unless the shipping you choose says tracked, it is unfortunately not tracked or insured and I cannot be accountable for it. Shipping can take 2+ weeks to arrive, depending on location and how busy the post offices are along the way. Shipping fees are calculated by weight/location, any overages are happily refunded (if it seems like it's way higher than it should be please reach out and I'll double check). Any customs/duties are the buyers responsibility.
Do you ship to the UK?
I sell to the UK through my Etsy shop, as they have taken care of all the required paperwork for VAT. If you want anything that isn't listed on the Etsy store or the prices don't match up please reach out, I'll make you a custom listing or refund any overages! I know this is a pain in the butt, but until I think of a better way to do things...
I placed an order, can I make changes to it?
Please let me know ASAP if you want any changes made, if I haven't shipped it yet I may be able to add/remove/change things.
I changed my mind. Can I cancel my order?
If it hasn't been shipped and it isn't made to order, that's not a problem! If it's a made to order/custom item I may be able to do a partial refund, but I might have already purchased materials/put in work I can't get back.
This is a gift, can you mark it on the parcel?
I cannot legally state that an order is a gift. I can include extra cute wrapping, personalized notes, and a gift receipt if you'd like. Just include a note when buying (and make sure to provide the correct address!)
My order arrived damaged, what do I do?
Please send me an email with the info and some pictures, and hold onto the damaged items/packaging.
Do you accept returns?
I accept returns on items that were not made to order, as long as they arrive in resell-able quality (unworn, undamaged, like new). Returns unfortunately do not include the original shipping or return shipping. Please reach out within 2 weeks of receiving the item.
A pin/sticker I want is sold out, will you be remaking it?
Let me know if you want something previously made restocked. The more people that ask for something, the quicker I can get around to restocking it.
Can you make me a pin/sticker that says this/has these colours?
I have to make my pins and stickers in runs of at least 50, sometimes more depending on details. If you're interested in certain colours, phrases, ideas please let me know, but unless you and your 49 closest friends are looking to buy something it might not happen (I will always see if there's interest in an idea I like though, so keep 'em coming!)
I'm interested in buying bulk for an event/group/festival, can you make something custom? Can I get a discount?
If you are looking for swag/favours for an event in a large quantity, I can potentially offer you a discount or do custom colours for you. Please reach out with your details of what you want done and how many, and we can work it out from there.
